How to check if buying a used PC is worth while?
Someone offered me a used PC along with Accessories for RS 13000. The CPU is Compaq but the mouse and the monitor are from Dell. The Monitor is that fat model. (Cathode Ray Tube monitor ?). I really don’t know much about computers and it has no information booklets along with it to check the model numbers etc..
Its running Windows XP and is a pentium 4.
How to check RAM and the size of HDD (Hard Disk Drive) as it has no manual attached . Any suggestion what to look out for and how?

right click my computer icon on desktop then click properties under the general tab the configuration of ram ,processor, etc is displayed
