Buying a vx in Sydney?
Being that Im in a job that actually pays half decently im thinking of upgrading my hardware. im working with a little jvc everio camcorder with a raynox wide-angle lens. I was going to just buy a death lens and not worry about video quality, but after trawling around on ebay for a while i found that a vx was well within my price range.
i was definitely looking to get it 2nd hand, for maybe AUS$400 – 1000. not including any sort of camera bag or anything, just the basic shiz. also will need to get an mk1 or something similar at some point. anyone know where to begin looking? something that i wont be needing to be shipped preferably.
most VX cameras are very old. unless they have seen perfect maintenence and care it might not be worthwhile to buy used.
