5 Tips For Video Recording to Boost Your MLM Online Business

5 Tips to get your video up based on my own recent experience:
1. The camera: Although technology is making it easier to record, it is still important to avoid nice-looking cameras that turn out to have frustrating and time-wasting computer software set-ups. I tried a few types – many hours were spent – and found the Flip Ultra (about $150.00) to be the easiest to record and to download to YouTube or Facebook.
2. Your recording hang-ups: After resigning myself to the fact that I don’t resemble Tom Cruise, I just got used to recording and to look upon it as just another function of the business. This attitude will work for you too.
3. Preparing for recording: Type out the script and read it out loud twenty times over a few days. Next, place the camera on a tripod (you will need one with the Flip) behind your computer screen. Practice recording looking into the camera lens with just momentary glances downwards at the script outlined on your computer screen.
4. Recording the video: Just take your time here. Initially, when I did it, I thought that I would just sit and talk. The results were beyond bad. Sound quality will be improved if you record in a load articulate voice approximately three feet from the camera.
(Important: If you are recording for YouTube or Facebook, it should be information-based and not obviously biased towards a product or your online MLM business.)
5. The finished product: Don’t be too critical of yourself. You want to get your point across in a natural way without looking like a slick late-night TV commercial.
